Helicopter Pleasure Flights
Pleasure Flights are available for those simply wishing to experience the thrill of flying in a helicopter and the awesome viewpoint they offer. There are simply many options available - in fact helicopter use is only limited by the imagination of the user! So if you have something in mind that is not listed then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can fly you over your home to take some pictures, take you for lunch to a nice restaurant/hotel or simply fly you over stunning scenery.
Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue so if the weather is not suitable we can easily re-arrange it for another day.
FLIGHTS AVAILABLE FROM SHERBURN

Individual Pleasure Flights (flown on set days)
Flown on set days in the month (generally at the weekends). These flights are sold on a price per seat basis and you will be sharing the aircraft with other people who have also bought flight vouchers.

40-minute York Aerial Tour
Available seven days per week, you can enjoy the fantastic aerial views of historic York and surrounding countryside. The flights route via Selby, Elvington Airfield and Museum, anticlockwise around the city of York before climbing over the city centre for fabulous views of the city and all the major attractions including the Minster, Cliffords Tower , the City Walls and Racecourse. The helicopter then returns to the Airfield via Tadcaster and Aberford. Available for up to 4 people. Prices below are for the whole helicopter including the pilot.

40-minute North Wales Aerial Tour
Flights depart Hawarden Airport at Chester and route initially to the North-West on an anticlockwise flight path covering the following breathtaking scenery:
The Dee Estuary; Connah’s Quay, Flint, Holywell, Mostyn (and the Funship), Point of Ayr, before turning south to pick up the Vale of Clwyd; a broad, gentle sweep of green where historic towns such as Ruthin, Denbigh, St.Asaph and Rhuddlan, together with charming small villages, are all sheltered between the lofty moors of Mynydd Hiraethog and the picturesque hills of the Clwydian Range including the peak of Moel Famau (555m above sea level). These hills, famous for their hillforts and so beloved of the poet Gerard Manley Hopkins, have been awarded Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty status. The range of high, rolling, sun-dappled uplands shelters picturesque villages and towns such as Mold. The helicopter then turns and routes to the north of Wrexham before returning to the Airport via the intriguing Eaton Hall.
